TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDERS PLACED ONLINE

General information about the online store
The products at the online store are sold by OKA-Consulting Oy, business ID 2704077-4. We sell for private persons of legal age in Finland and within other EU countries. All our prices include value-added tax. We reserve the right to adjust the prices and the shipping costs.
Placing an order
Products are mainly ordered online at www.okabo.org by placing the desired products to the shopping cart.
Every order will be confirmed with an e-mail that includes the price of the order, the shipping costs and a list of the ordered products. In order to receive a confirmation of your order, please enter your e-mail address when placing the order.
A customer agrees to comply with the effective terms of delivery when placing an order.
We will send a confirmation of your order with the purchase information and the amount of the total bill to your e-mail. You can also check the content of your order via your user account at our website.
Products along their shipping costs are paid when placing an order. You can complete your purchase in the online store using the following Finnish internet banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Bank and Ålandsbanken. You may also complete your payment using a charge card. The transaction service is provided by Paytrail Oyj.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as a collecting payment service provider affiliated with online bank payments. For the user, the service works like a traditional online payment.
We will ship the products when the payment appears on our account. Cash on Delivery will not be available for orders. Payments shall be addressed to the following account according to the information provided in the order confirmation: FI14 1228 3000 0662 64, OKA-Consulting Oy. Foreign orders IBAN: FI14 1228 3000 0662 64, BIC/SWIFT: NDEAFIHH.
We will handle your order during the business hours of the store once the payment has been executed. If you pay by bank transfer as an advance payment, we will hold the reservation for 5 business days, after which the order will expire if the payment has not been executed.
We ship products on every business day. Depending on the web bank services it will take 1-5 business days after the payment. To other EU countries than Finland we deliver the shipment via air freight. The given delivery times are estimated times and the online shop at www.okabo.org is therefore not bound by them to compensate the customer for any damage and/or additional expenses incurred should the delivery be delayed.
Any unpredictabilities and delays in delivery times will be informed of at the front page.
Delivery method & handling charges
The handling charges include the postal and packaging charges. You can check the handling charges after choosing the payment and delivery methods for the items in the shopping cart. We deliver our orders as parcels and Maxi letters, of which only parcels can be tracked using a shipment code. In case you want your order to be delivered as a fragile parcel, an additional fee for separate handling will be added to the handling charges according to the existing prices of the postal office. Return & exchange
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to a 14-day return and exchange policy. The return policy only applies to unused and intact products. The customer is responsible for paying a return and exchange fee.
Please make sure that any package returned includes the following information:
Your trader identification number, name, address and phone number
Your bank account number
as well as a copy of the confirmation of your order at www.okabo.org
We do not accept returns made over 14 days after the delivery. Once the return has been received, handled and accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your bank account.
In case a product has gone missing or been damaged during the transportation or otherwise does not match your order, you should report the error immediately at email@example.com or by mail:
An error in the delivery or a damaged product should be reported no later than within 14 days after receiving the product. If the package has been damaged during postal delivery, you must immediately file a complaint with the postal service.
We reserve the right to adjust our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer should get acquainted with the terms of delivery effective at the time of the order.
